About the role: As the Hotel Manager, reporting to the Regional General Manager, the thing that sets you apart is your passion for people and exceptional service , which knows no bounds.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficient management, and providing strategic direction.
Implement strategies relevant to cost minimisation, productivity maximisation and guest satisfaction.
Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key team members for further career development.
Prepare and review budgets and forecasts, and conduct audits within company policy and procedures.
About You: Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or a senior leadership role in the hospitality industry managing a similar size property (72 apartments, C&E up to 110 delegates).
Experience with strata properties (desirable).
An inspirational leader with experience leading a team in a customer service environment.
Strong financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
High standards of attention to detail and communication (written & verbal).
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
