We're a family-owned fencing and powder coating business looking for a reliable, hands-on Leading Hand to join our team.
This is a practical role where you'll be working on the floor while also guiding the team and keeping jobs moving.
About the role:

Lead a small team in our powder coating workshop
Hands-on powder coating, prep and finishing work
Oversee daily workflow and ensure quality standards are met
Assist with scheduling and meeting deadlines
Keep the workshop tidy, safe and organised

About you:

Previous powder coating experience (essential)
Confident leading or mentoring others
Willing to get hands-on and set the pace for the team
Reliable, organised and safety-conscious
