What you'll do : Due to recent project wins and growth in our Mining group, we're seeking interest from engineers at Mid, Senior, and Principal levels for our WA-based team.
As part of our Mine Advisory team, you'll work on tailings and mine waste projects across all stages—from concept to closure.
Responsibilities, aligned with your experience, may include: Design, assessment, and review of tailings storage facilities and infrastructure Technical analysis including geotechnical, civil, or hydrological modelling Preparing reports, designs, and documentation Site investigations, inspections, and audits Client relationships, project delivery, and proposal development Mentoring junior staff and fostering technical excellence Engaging with multidisciplinary teams such as water, environmental, geotech, and mine planning About you : You are an engineer experienced in tailings, geotechnical, or mine infrastructure design, eager to impact complex mining projects.
We welcome professionals at mid, senior, and principal levels, whether building on a technical foundation or with leadership and strategic insight.
A degree in civil, geotechnical, or mining engineering (or related discipline)Experience in tailings or mine waste projects within consulting or operational environments Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a desire to work across diverse teams A proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to safety and quality Chartership (e.g., CPEng or RPEQ) or working towards professional accreditation (desirable for senior/principal levels)We value diverse perspectives and experience and are committed to supporting your career growth—whether deepening technical skills, advancing into leadership, or working on international projects.
