As an experienced Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities: Generate and nurture leads to expand the client base.
Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalised guidance throughout thesalesprocess.
Prepare and present compelling property listings to potential buyers.
Negotiate and close deals effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Experience working with relevant real estate software and tools.
