Head of Compliance Australia| Remote (Australia) Join a fast-growing, globally scaling fintech that's redefining financial services through innovation, agility, and integrity.
As we continue our expansion across new markets, we're searching for a Head of Compliance to lead and mature our AML/CTF program and broader compliance obligations across Australia.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and management of Australia's AML/CTF compliance policies and procedures.
Monitor ongoing activity and regulatory reporting obligations (including AUSTRAC).
Oversee internal policy reviews, regulatory audits, and foreign regulatory filings.
Deliver strategic recommendations to strengthen systems, controls, and monitoring.
Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs.
Manage compliance registers and ensure timely documentation of all processes.
Provide clear advice across the business and coordinate with global teams.
What We're Looking For: Minimum 10+ years' experience in risk, fraud, AML, or regulatory compliance roles.
Previous experience in a regulated fintech environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of AUSTRAC and Australian regulatory frameworks.
Independent, solution-focused, and confident communicator.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global tech organisation.
