of Positions : 1 Description This is an exciting opportunity for a senior software developer to join a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement and personal growth.
This role is ideal for a driven and self-motivated Full Stack Java Developer to support the Systems Engineering Group by building new applications from scratch and modernizing existing applications.
It offers an excellent chance for an independent learner to tackle new challenges, expand technical expertise, and contribute to impactful solutions for internal clients.
The contract provides a competitive rate and high stability through potential extensions.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop new web applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular; support existing applications.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, focusing on maintaining and enhancing custom applications.
Lead and execute upgrades and technology uplift projects for critical business applications.
Guide the team on modernizing legacy systems and implementing full-stack solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide user support.
Prepare work estimates, test plans, deployment processes, and maintain documentation.
Qualifications Minimum of eight years of experience in developing, debugging, and deploying applications.
Proven expertise in maintaining J2 EE applications with Java, Spring, and Struts on Web Sphere.
Hands-on experience modernizing legacy systems to frameworks like Spring Boot and Angular 8+.
Proven knowledge of Docker deployment.
Ability to architect and build modern full-stack applications.
Strong communication skills to work directly with end-users and guide the development team.
