Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Associate Consultant specialising in reward and remuneration to join our Talent Solutions Business based in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.
This role is crucial in delivering strategic, data-driven insights and analysis to our clients, while also managing client renewals and providing expert advice.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert guidance and high-quality, remuneration-data based solutions to enhance client experiences and foster long-term relationships.
Participate in regular market data review projects, taking ownership of the local data set for your client group.
Drive the annual renewal program for your client group.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to execute impactful projects that drive client success.
Utilise your specialized knowledge in remuneration data and analysis to optimise client engagement with Aon's Human Capital Analytics Platform.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field, or proven experience in compensation and benefits data.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis and remuneration data management, reflected by your advanced excel skills.
Experience in Financial services / Tech / Hard Hat sectors a bonus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
