Project Support: Assist Project Managers in interpreting and executing contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor contract compliance and identify potential risks or issues, recommending mitigation strategies as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams (legal, finance, procurement) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution and resolution of disputes.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on contract status, performance metrics, and key milestones.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of contract management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.
ABOUT YOUWith a strong background in Contract Administration in a project/construction environment, you will have the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.
You will also have: Qualifications in Business / Commercial Law / Building or a related field.
Experience in contract management within the project/construction sectors.
Strong understanding of Australian contract law and industry-specific regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
