Head of Delivery Naavi has partnered with a specialist manufacturing and project delivery contractor to find an experienced Head of Delivery.
This role requires a proven leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills, financial oversight experience, and the ability to drive operational excellence while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
About the Role As Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for the successful execution of all projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Beyond technical expertise, this role demands a leader who can inspire teams, engage effectively with clients, and maintain a culture of accountability, empathy, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Execution Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the project management team, creating a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability.
Establish governance frameworks to drive standardised, high-quality project execution.
Serve as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and senior leadership, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
Engage proactively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to align expectations and drive successful project outcomes.
Balance commercial priorities with an empathetic leadership approach to foster long-term client and team relationships.
Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control across all projects.
Track financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate cost overruns and improve efficiency.
Drive process optimisation to enhance project efficiency and performance.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration between manufacturing and project delivery.
Champion safety, quality, and compliance across all operations.
