About Us ADF Health Services provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia.

As part of this contract, Serco, in partnership with Bupa, provide defence-ready clinical and support staff across 50+ on-base locations nationally, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.

About the Role Based at the Amberely Health Centre, you will provide support and treatments to valuable Defence Force Personnel.

You will be responsible for providing a range of evidence-based physiotherapy assessments, treatments and rehabilitative services to patients.

These services will include providing direction on rehabilitation programs, splinting/plastering/fitting of orthoses or other devices, use of electrotherapy modalities or hydrotherapy pools where required, as well as providing advice and recommendations to other health professionals.

This is a Permanent Full Time role working Monday - Friday (with early finish on Fridays), commencing January 2026.

To be successful in this role, you will have: Australian Citizenship for Commonwealth Security Clearance purposes Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Minimum of 2 years full-time post graduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 years in an accredited physiotherapy environment (or part-time equivalent).

Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.

About Amberley Health Centre RAAF Base Amberley, the largest Air Force Base in Australia and approximately 50 minutes from Brisbane city.

It provides operational and maintenance support for the precision strike element of the Air Combat Group, F/A-18 F Super Hornet aircraft.

Supports the strategic lift capability for the Australian military's KC-30 A Multi-Role Tanker Transport (MRTT), C-17 Globemaster III heavy lift aircraft and C-27 J Spartan battlefield airlifters.

The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health and pharmaceutical services to over 6500 RAAF members.

The standard operating hours of the centre are generally 0700-1630 Monday – Thursday (depending on role requirements), and a half day (5.5 hours) Friday.

About You With a passion for physiotherapy and rehabilitation, you are dedicated to providing personalised treatments for your patients which are tailored to their individual needs.
