YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting condition and compliance assessments on commercial buildings and facilities.Identifying building materials and various building elements.Ensuring accurate data capture and upload for each project.Crafting highly precise and detailed reports for each assessment.Create and update excel spreadsheets.Collaborating with the team to maintain accuracy and work quality consistently.
YOUR EXPERIENCE Prior experience in conducting building fabric assessments or preparing condition reports.Meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to compose high-quality, well-considered reports.Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.A professional demeanour and the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.Exceptional communication and organizational skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: experience with spreadsheets, pivot tables and formula.The ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
