• 30-minute appointments as standard

• A multigenerational patient base who value continuity and care What We're Looking For We're seeking an optometrist who brings:
• A broad, confident clinical skillset and a desire to keep learning
• At least 2 years' post-grad experience
• The ability to tailor care across a wide demographic, from young to young-at-heart
• A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfort in practicing independently while contributing to a broader team You'll be backed by a professional, experienced dispensing team and supported by G&M's national frameworks, including Professional Services, CPD, and peer collaboration.
