About the Role This is a pivotal role within Babcock's Mission and Support Systems (M&SS) business unit, where you'll work across major communications programs including FHFRR and JP9101.

You'll be responsible for providing independent assurance across the engineering lifecycle, ensuring that systems and services are defined, verified, and developed by authorised experts—and that they meet the highest standards of safety, legislation, and policy.

You'll lead technical investigations, approve engineering documentation, and act as a trusted authority in your discipline.

Your decisions will shape the safety and performance of critical systems, and your leadership will help drive innovation, capability development, and process improvement across the organisation.

From supporting bids and business development to mentoring future talent and influencing strategic growth in the communications domain, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact—locally, nationally, and globally.
