Commercial Credit Manager

This role ensures that business lending activities align with our Group's Credit Policies and procedures, mitigating policy exceptions where necessary.
The role also involves analysing, assessing, and making decisions on BOQ Specialist commercial loan submissions, exercising an appropriate DAA.
Additionally, the role requires delivering credit decisions within a prescribed acceptable time (SLA), engaging with the front-line sales team (ECs) on lending assessments, and promoting a credit culture through coaching or mentoring.About you To thrive in this role, you'll join us with a background in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
You'll be well-versed in business banking, coming armed with business credit-related lending, and of course, a passion for providing the best customer service experiences.
You describe yourself as a customer service extraordinaire who loves to problem solve.
Also, if you've got an understanding in the medical and/or accounting industry that would be advantageous in this role.
We're seeking someone who has a knack for reading, understand, and analysing complex financial statements, and can consider and integrate a broad range of factors in structuring and decisioning proposals.
You are all over the property valuation principles and have the ability to work both autonomously when necessary, and as part of a team.
