The Team The Finance team in the Sydney office is led by highly regarded partners known for their deep market expertise.
The team advises a broad mix of major banks, sponsors, corporates, and government clients on complex and high-value financing matters.
They work across sectors including real estate, infrastructure, energy, and resources, consistently delivering commercial and innovative solutions on both domestic and cross-border deals.
Position Description This role will see you working closely with a strong team of lawyers across the finance practice.
You'll also collaborate with partners and lawyers across real estate, corporate, and projects.
The role will see you regularly provide advice on: Corporate, leveraged, and acquisition finance Real estate and development finance Syndicated and bilateral lending Transactions involving ASX-listed companies, REITs, and major financial institutions Acting for domestic and offshore lenders, borrowers, and sponsors Cross-border financing transactions Debt structuring, refinancing, and security arrangements Legal due diligence and transaction management Intercreditor and subordination arrangements Financial services regulatory advice You'll be exposed to large-scale and complex matters, gain hands-on experience with high-profile clients, and benefit from working in a high-performing, supportive team of experienced finance professionals.
