Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for supply chain excellence and stakeholder collaboration? We're looking for a Vendor Replenishment Planner to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in optimizing stock availability and driving business performance across our pharmacy partners—Chemist Warehouse and Sigma.
The position will require some travel to Melbourne once a quarter.
Your day: Act as the key link between our business and major pharmacy partners, ensuring seamless replenishment operations.
Own the end-to-end replenishment of all brands to distribution centres.
Analyse sales data, forecast trends, and manage stock levels to meet service and availability targets.
Review forecasting and identify risk, opportunities or misalignment Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align forecasts and promotional plans.
Provide insights and reporting on KPIs, stock health, and supply chain performance.
Your experience: Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel along with Nielsen/Aztec/Circana experience.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Business acumen and autonomy in customer engagement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
