Ensure all production meets quality, EHS and good manufacturing practice requirements at all times.
Ensure equipment and process pre-operational checks are completed Monitor and control grain transfers from the Mill to the Rolling Line Ensure documentation is completed in full and in a legible manner Qualifications Be able to operate different machines and troubleshoot if anything goes wrong.
