18-month graduate program in Banking Operations at Rabobank, offering domestic and international rotations, comprehensive development, and a flexible hybrid work environment.
Your Role Key responsibilities include: Rotating through key operations teams such as Payments, Settlements, and Data Management to develop technical skills and support critical banking functions.
Participating in short-term rotations within risk and compliance and at a regional branch to gain a well-rounded understanding of the bank.
Selected graduates may undertake a short-term international rotation at the global head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
Collaborating across teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve excellent customer outcomes.
Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to support the bank's operations and contribute to building a robust banking environment.
About You To be successful in this role, candidates should have: Final year undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or have completed studies within the past three years.
Availability to commence full-time employment from February 2026.
Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the chosen field.
Passion for the food and agribusiness industry (advantageous).
