As the Project Accountant, you will: Assist with maintenance of the business' Project Management systems, tools & procedures.
Plan, implement & manage project Cost Control systems.
The preparation of annual budgets, monthly financial analysis and invoicing.
Report on project budget status, including cost performance, cash flow, and forecasts as required.
Plan, implement & manage project Schedules.
Provide regular and accurate reports to Project Managers, the Project Services Lead, and other internal & external business stakeholders.

The Person You will be a highly self-motivated individual, ideally with advanced understanding of cost control and total cost management.
An ability to learn, assess problems, and identify potential solutions.
Have previous experience as a Financial Accountant or supplying data/reports to assist with Financial End of Month activities/reports.
Clear and communicable understanding of cost accounting, cost classification, cost types, costs development, cost control, change management and the cost management process.
Sound time and task management skills.
High level of attention to detail.
A strong moral compass, as evidenced by your honesty, care and respect for others and willingness to share and learn.
An ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders; being able to present information in a suitable format depending on the audience.
