You'll lead a passionate team, set the vibe on the floor, and ensure every guest walks away with an unforgettable experience.
This role is especially exciting because you'll be launching something brand new—our latest BOUNCE venue at Fountain Gate, designed with a broader demographic in mind, with brand new features unique to this venue.
Think more freedom for adventuring for walking age to tweens, with plenty of space for siblings, cousins and mates of all ages to unleash their free spirit.
It's a fresh take on freestyle fun, and you'll be the one to bring it to life.
You'll own the full venue experience—from team culture and customer satisfaction to safety, operations and commercial performance.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll be trusted to lead from the front, coach your crew, and make the venue thrive every single day.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead, coach and motivate a dynamic team to bring energy and love to every shift
Drive venue performance—manage customer experience, labour, safety, costs, and KPIs
Own your operations—presentation, efficiency, floor flow and customer engagement
Champion safety across all areas, from daily checks to incident management
Develop your crew through on-the-floor coaching and structured growth pathways
Collaborate with Support Office on national rollouts and initiatives
Set the tone on culture—recognition, progression, fun and accountability

What You Bring to the Team
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
A passion for coaching young teams (ages 16–24) and helping them grow
A commercial mindset—you know how to drive sales and control costs
Resilience and adaptability—you're calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Strong communication and people skills—you lead with clarity and purpose
Hands-on approach—you're active on the floor, not behind a desk
You lead by example—bringing consistency, energy and high standards daily
