As our Lead Service Engineer, you'll:
Lead and support a team of service engineers, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee team performance, recruitment, and development — helping each team member grow and succeed.
Ensure high-quality service delivery on client sites and in our facilities, aligned with OEM standards.
Manage expenses, and approvals to keep operations running smoothly.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure maximum value from our services.
Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns, breakdown responses, and improvement projects.
Investigate equipment issues and support technical problem-solving and reporting.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and reliability improvements.
We're looking for someone who has:
A bachelor's degree mechanical or relevant Industry experience.
Proven experience in a similar leadership or service engineering role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in resources or bulk materials handling.
A commitment to safety and familiarity with mining industry standards.
The ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings with confidence.
