Aeria Management Group (AMG), operator of Bankstown and Camden Airports, is seeking a visionary General Manager Aviation to shape the future of general aviation in New South Wales.

The Opportunity As General Manager Aviation, you'll lead the development and execution of our Aviation strategy, drive commercial growth, and ensure safe, secure, and compliant operations.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role with direct impact on the future of aviation in NSW.
Key Responsibilities · Lead and grow the Aviation business, increasing high-value activity and profitability.
· Oversee aviation operations, infrastructure, safety, and compliance across Bankstown and Camden Airports.
· Build strong relationships with operators, regulators, service providers, and community stakeholders.
· Champion a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
· Inspire and lead a high-performing aviation team.
About You You are a seasoned aviation leader with: · Significant General Management experience, preferably within aviation.
· Proven leadership in regulated environments with a strong compliance focus.
· Tertiary qualifications in management, aviation, business or related fields.
· Ability to meet MOS 139 requirements, including relevant licenses.
· Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to safety and customer service.
