Position: Cleansing Team Leader Type: Permanent Full Time Hours: 38 Hours per week Pay: Pay rate + penalty rates, overtime, allowances, + superannuation About the Role Green by Nature is seeking a proactive Cleansing Team Leader to oversee outdoor cleaning operations.
You will supervise a team of Cleansing Team Members, ensuring outdoor spaces are maintained to high standards, including parks, gardens, reserves, and roadsides.
Lead and motivate a team to achieve daily tasks and goals.
Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
Maintain and operate cleaning equipment effectively.
Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
This role suits a hands-on leader with experience in outdoor cleaning or supervision.
You should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service.
Coordinate cleaning of parks, including BBQs, graffiti removal, benches, signs, rubbish, and leaf litter.
