Flying Speech Pathologist (Perth base) – 4 day work week.
This role offers flexible options including permanent part-time (1–3 days per week), full-time (four days per week), or a 6/12-month contract.
It is a flying role within the day and can be entry or senior level depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Provide speech pathology services to rural and remote communities across Australia.
Participate in flying rotations to deliver care at various locations.
Engage in structured supervision/mentoring for new graduates.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based assessments and therapies.
Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and patient-centre care.
Preferred Experience / Qualifications
SPA Registration required (or eligibility).
Experience level can be entry or senior depending on background.
Compensation and Benefits
Billed time is 50–60%; incentives are paid from 50% billed hours with a target of 60%.
Performance bonuses up to an additional $10 K per year (FTE), with incentives paid from 50% billed hours.
Tailored growth plans including external PD allowance and two paid PD days per year.
Discipline-specific Team Leader support and clinical supervision.
