Receptionist We are looking for a personable and professional Receptionist to be the face of LJ Hooker Fairfield.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, client-focused environment and has a genuine interest in the real estate industry.
The position is Full Time Monday to Friday located at our fast-paced Fairfield Heights Office.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries promptly Manage appointment schedules and support property inspection bookings Maintain the presentation of the front office and client meeting areas Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Provide administrative support to the sales and property management teams Assist with listing documentation, database updates, and marketing tasks as needed Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (real estate experience preferred but not essential) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Impeccable presentation and a professional attitude Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Speaking Arabic is essential Desirable: Experience with real estate software such as Property Me Basic knowledge of real estate procedures and documentation Current driver's license What We Offer: Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within the real estate industry Modern, centrally located office Ongoing training and development Please submit your application to be reviewed and held confidentially to; Sharon Begovich *********@ljhfairfield.com.au *No Recruitment Agencies please
