Working in our internal consulting team, you'll help shape strategy, support financial analysis, and contribute to sustainability initiatives like energy tracking and emissions reporting.
You'll gain exposure to M&A activity and grow alongside RACV as we advance our sustainability disclosure journey.
Throughout the program, you could be involved with: Sustainability-related projects and initiatives Merger & Acquisition activities Facilities Management: You'll manage and contribute to significant projects while expanding your skills, challenging yourself, and taking meaningful steps in building your career.
You will be supported through structured learning and development, formal rotations, mentor programs, on-the-job activities, and more.
What you'll need to be successful: At RACV, we value diverse backgrounds.
To be considered, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, Sustainability, or Climate Change focus Completed studies by the end of 2025 or within the last 2 years Strong commercial acumen with an analytical mindset Eagerness to learn and grow with the business Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders Previous work experience in a similar field is advantageous.
Successful candidates will need to travel occasionally to multiple work locations.
