About the Role As a Finance Broker , you'll be responsible for helping customers secure the right loan solutions for their vehicle needs.
You'll manage the process from enquiry to settlement, ensuring every customer receives a high-touch, stress-free experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across both B2 C and B2 B2 C channels while contributing to Rodar's mission to simplify the car buying and finance process.
Key Responsibilities Assess customer needs and match them with the best loan options across a panel of lenders Manage finance applications from start to finish—including submission, follow-ups, and settlements Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process Maintain strong lender relationships and stay up to date with products, policies, and industry trends Support the car buying team with finance insights and customer coordination Develop new referral partnerships and inbound opportunities alongside the team Ensure all processes are compliant, efficient, and customer-focused About You Minimum 1–2 years of experience in asset finance, vehicle lending, or consumer finance Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or currently studying) Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset Organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple applications at once Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment Familiarity with lender portals, broker CRMs, and compliance requirements Clean credit history and police check What We Offer Base salary + competitive commission structure Opportunities for career progression as the business scales Direct mentorship and exposure to startup leadership A chance to build something meaningful from the ground up A supportive, ambitious team that values initiative and results Ready to Join Us?
