First Principles Knowledge: Demonstrable expertise in fundamental engineering principles, particularly across mechanical, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Practical Implementation: A strong understanding of design implementation and/or hands-on site delivery experience.
Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP design software.

Project Leadership: Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to concurrently manage multiple complex projects.

Your Role Will Involve: Project Leadership: Taking ownership of project delivery, ensuring adherence to briefs, Australian codes, and standards.
Multi-Discipline Design: Providing expert design services and technical advice across a broad spectrum of market sectors, including commercial, high-tech, healthcare, and industrial.
Quality Assurance: Conducting peer reviews of designs, ensuring full compliance, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentorship: Supervising and mentoring junior and graduate engineers, providing constructive feedback for their development.
Client Engagement: Facilitating coordination meetings to resolve design issues and maintaining robust client relationships.
Essential Qualifications & ExperienceAn internationally recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in Building Services (MEP) design and site supervision.
Expert-level proficiency in Revit-MEP, Auto CAD, Microsoft Project, and relevant building services modeling software.
Proven experience and understanding of Australian Building Services projects and relevant standards.
Current registration with Engineers Australia and making significant progress towards Chartered Professional Engineer (CP Eng) status.
