Established in 2010, Eckermann Property Forms, part of the Eckermann Group, has grown a dedicated team whose focus is to prepare and certify Form 1s and provide customer service excellence to our clients and referrers.

The role: Based at our Gilles Plains office and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and leading a team of ten local specialists and our outsourced team in our next stage of growth.
With the support of finance, IT, marketing, People and Culture and executive services, you will lead the management of financial operations, business support activities, and projects of Eckermann Property Forms.
Your role will include: Developing strategic plans and goals, aligned with business objectives; Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure a world-class client experience; Budgets preparation, analysis, and reporting; Recruitment, training and development; Leading the implementation of software development changes with an ROI lens; Provision of technical guidance to the team; Continuous improvement of operations, systems and financial performance; Reporting to the Eckermanns' Advisory Board on a regular basis.
As a valued member of the team, you will have: Experience as a General Manager or similar executive role; A passion for delivering exceptional client service; Excellent verbal and written communication with outstanding interpersonal skills; A willingness to learn the technical aspect of Form 1s; Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines; Strong analytical skills; A solution focused attitude; The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
