About the Role As Care Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership and oversee the day-to-day care operations of the facility.
Working in close partnership with the Facility Manager and multidisciplinary team, you will ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support clinical care staff to achieve outstanding resident outcomes.
Ensure compliance with clinical governance, aged care standards, and accreditation requirements.
Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and health professionals, ensuring care plans are personalised and effective.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement in clinical practice and service delivery.
Support ongoing staff education and training to maintain clinical competencies.
Conduct audits and assessments to monitor resident wellbeing and drive quality improvements.
Collaborate with the broader Respect network to share expertise and strengthen organisational outcomes.
About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated leadership or management experience in aged care.
In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and compliance.
Strong clinical, organisational, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring staff.
Proficiency with aged care software (e.g., Autumn Care, Lee Care, or similar).
Ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining resident-focused care.
