(AO8)4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Additional options may be available About your opportunity As the Director of Staff Engagement and Cultural Transformation, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive cultural transformation strategy for Townsville Hospital and Health Services.
Requirements: Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration Tertiary qualification in organisational development, human resource management, organisational behaviour, psychology, or related fields is highly desirable.
Advanced studies in leadership, change management, or organisational behaviour are highly valued.
A relevant master's qualification is desirable.
Experience with Human Synergistics Frameworks is beneficial, given their use within the organisation.
Proven ability to design, lead, and implement cultural change strategies in large, complex organisations, preferably in healthcare, with a focus on transformative outcomes.
Success in developing staff engagement strategies, coaching, and mentoring frameworks that improve morale, retention, and performance.
Senior leadership experience with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including preparing board papers and engaging with senior management.
