As the IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for delivering end-user support, infrastructure management, and audiovisual assistance for the Sydney Amazon community.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and leverage cutting-edge, in-house AI tools like Amazon Bedrock to support our Amazonians.

Basic Qualifications1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience Experience setting up, taking down and re-locating PC systems1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience1+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience1+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience1+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience May require lifting or carrying desktop computers up to 25lbs Some on call responsibilities are required Occasional out of office hours required for urgent requests - Weekend, Evenings or Nights Preferred Qualifications2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience1+ year of experience providing on-site support and troubleshooting in a high-availability, multi-user environment Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment Acknowledgement Of Country In the spirit of reconciliation, Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
