Base pay range A$145,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Bespoke Careers Global Operations Manager - Senior Associate at Bespoke Careers Award winning National practice is looking for a passionate senior architect to play a key leadership role in their Sydney studio.
With an established client base and pipeline they are seeking an architect who is working at least Associate level.
Lead projects from DA approval to completion but also contribute to the wider leadership of the studio.
Key Responsibilities Work closely with clients and teams on projects Support the growth of the Sydney team and contribute to aspects of practice management Play a key role in the leadership of large multi residential projects Provide key technical expertise in the leadership of projects from DA approval to completion Work closely with other leaders and share your expertise Lead and grow a team within a supportive and collaborative culture Skills and Experience Fantastic all round skills but particularly in multi residential sector Strong awareness of Design Practitioner requirements Proven ability to lead projects and teams through all stages Experience gained on a diversity of projects including mixed use, student housing, multi res, commercial, hotels etc Experience gained in high quality practices Collaborative and inclusive personality Benefits and Culture As part of the team you will enjoy benefits such as; Flexible working hours incl WFH 1 day per week Opportunities for professional development A high degree of autonomy but also support Ref#: 70139'Refer a Friend' and be rewarded with a $400 gift voucher *If the above position appeals to you then please submit your CV and work samples (no more than 10mb PDF attachment) to designjobs@bespokecareers.com and we'll be in touch.
