What role will you play?As a Junior Solution Designer, you will be given the opportunity to influence the design and outcomes of a variety of innovative and strategic solutions.
You will do this by collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams, conducting and presenting data-analysis to support design decisions, factoring in a range of disciplines best practice design principles (UX / UI, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture), and taking ownership of the design process to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
What You Offer2+ years of experience as Business or Technology Business Analyst A learning mindset with excellent attention to detail Motivated to take on new projects, drive outcomes, manage priorities and thrive in a fact paced environment Excellent communication skills with some stakeholder management experience Capability of understanding complexity and presenting key elements Experience in data analysis, with strong Excel skills and exposure to SQLExposure to delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile.
