Opportunity to work with a Leading Agent in Mosman
Join a successful real estate team with a top-performing agent on the Lower North Shore in Mosman.
With over 20 years of experience, the agent operates out of a well-established, modern office and is passionate about real estate.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work alongside an agent known for exceptional service.
The Role :
This is a fast-paced position working Monday to Saturday with a day off (RDO).
You will be involved in completing buyer appointments, attending auctions, marketing, and managing a busy workload within a small, successful team:

Attend open homes & private appointments
Prepare listing kits and marketing materials for properties
Manage marketing and social media
Diary management and appointment organization
Attend meetings with photographers, stylists, and buyers
Liaise with vendors and buyers
Database entry and management
Manage client relationships
Prepare for auctions and open homes
Conduct pre-settlement and settlement procedures for properties

The Candidate :

Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Previous experience in real estate is essential
Looking to grow your sales career
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Word, Outlook, and other computer skills
Ability to work proactively and independently
Valid driver's license
Strong administrative and communication skills
