They are seeking a hands-on, commercially sharp CFO to drive financial strategy and business operations while also overseeing business services including Legal, HR admin, Corporate Affairs, and Company Secretarial duties.
You will be a trusted partner to the CEO, Board, and Executive team — and a critical voice in shaping the future of the business.
Lead finance strategy, planning, forecasting, compliance, and reporting Deliver insights through real-time data and productivity metrics using tools like Autotask BI Oversee investor relations, ASX compliance, and governance reporting Guide M&A activity including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration Roll up your sleeves – this is a hands-on leadership role with a tight, capable team Build team culture, capability, and performance across Finance, Billing, and Business Services What You Bring Proven CFO experience in complex, growing tech businesses Strong technical foundation across FP&A, reporting, compliance, M&A, and governance Clear, confident communicator with strong investor and Board engagement Resilient, commercially tough, and trusted to challenge and say no when needed Leadership style that's pragmatic, honest, and collaborative Key Measures of Success Revenue, EBITDA, and Free Cash Flow growth Accuracy and integrity of reporting and compliance Successful M&A execution and integration Stakeholder confidence – internal and external Finance team performance, capability, and engagement Be part of a business where performance, accountability, and teamwork come together to make a real impact.
