Generous above average Superannuation What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Prosecutor, you'll provide expert legal services to support the Workers' Compensation Regulator, including: Assessing briefs of evidence and delivering high-quality legal advice to investigators and the Regulator.
Preparing and managing matters for trial, sentence, or appeal.
Advocating in court or instructing external counsel on complex prosecutions.
Liaising with stakeholders across the justice system, including courts, witnesses, and defence representatives.
Supporting continuous improvement through training and collaboration with your colleagues.
This role also involves reviewing confronting or distressing content.
You'll be supported with professional supervision and access to wellbeing services, including the employee assistance program.

Mandatory Requirements Admission, or eligibility for admission, as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
