Make a lasting impact on student wellbeing across QueenslandJoin us as Executive Director, Statewide Initiatives and play a key leadership role in shaping equitable, inclusive and high-performing education systems.
Lead the design and delivery of state-wide strategic initiatives that put student wellbeing at the centre of education reform.
Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement and excellence for every learner—from early childhood through to school completion.
Drive cross-system collaboration to improve student outcomes in wellbeing, culture, safety, and learning.
Translate strategy into action by leading innovative, evidence-based solutions that address complex challenges at scale.
Influence and shape government policy with a strong equity lens, ensuring every student can thrive regardless of background or circumstance.
Engage deeply with school communities, education leaders, and sector partners to co-design and implement meaningful change.
Represent the Department of Education at the highest levels—advising, influencing and advocating for student wellbeing and success.
Inspire and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values courage, compassion and outcomes.
