The Northern Complex is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee operations across IN, KY, OH, Western PA, and Upstate NY.
The COO will be a key member of the complex leadership team, requiring strong business acumen and leadership skills.
This role is the operational leader for the Northern Complex, partnering with the Complex Sales Leader and Branch Managers.
Responsibilities include managing multiple locations, fostering a positive culture, driving goals and policies, and developing staff.
The COO will also streamline resources and improve operational guidelines across the complex.
Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to achieve results Enforce company policies and guidelines Manage organizational structure and change processes Oversee complex and branch budgets Contribute to program development and committees Manage managers and develop employees Promote an inclusive culture Scope Operational territory with multiple branches 650+ advisors, ~100 employees, $100 M+ PC's Compensation & Benefits The salary range is $107,000 - $168,000, with additional performance-based incentives.
