We are seeking a Retail Professional to join our Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet in Sydney on a Casual basis.
Please note, this role requires availability to work both weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities: Achieve store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets by utilizing all available resources.
Deliver excellent customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures to showcase the full product range.
Represent the adidas brand and values in an inspiring way.
Requirements: A strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven success record.
Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required.
