You will work closely with a team of experienced risk and compliance professionals.
Your main stakeholders will be across the first and second lines both in Australia and offshore, supporting the delivery of remediation risk programs and activities.This Change Manager role supports the development, build, and rollout of compliance and risk training specific to our client's Australian business, within the Compliance function, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer.Key Responsibilities:Lead working groups in defining, documenting, and delivering business impacts across all phases of change initiativesUtilize influencing and persuasion skills to successfully implement change and influence decision-making with key stakeholders in a diverse, matrix environmentCollaborate with Senior Management on strategic change scope and implementationPresent at Steering Committees and meetings regarding change activitiesImplement process improvements with problem-solving and business analysis skillsExhibit excellent interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholdersRequired Experience:Proven relationship-building and management skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProgram, Project, and Change Management experienceKnowledge of the Asset Management industryRelevant experience with regulatory change, managing projects, or leading large initiatives within a large, global organization, preferably in Financial ServicesLeadership in regulatory evaluation, execution, and compliance at a global asset management firmExperience in the banking sector, especially in risk or compliance, is highly desirableThis position offers a competitive hourly rate variable based on prior Change Manager experience , and you will be employed as an on-site contractor via Anton Murray Consulting, working directly with our client.
