Inventory Lead, Pennsylvania Ethos Cannabis - Fairless Hills, PA Website: Company Overview Position Summary/Objective The Inventory Lead is responsible for managing the stock and flow of all inputs and products in the Company's Grower-Processor location in Pennsylvania.
This position will work closely with the Inventory Manager, Production Operations Manager, and warehouse/production teams and will coordinate often with outside suppliers and service providers and ensures the organization and housekeeping of Vaults and Warehouses.
We are building a strong ethical and team-oriented culture at Ethos Cannabis and are looking for this position to help lead and implement this vision.
The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated leadership experience, as he or she will be given responsibility over the inventory management and stocking.
Previous cannabis experience is a plus but not required; however, all candidates should have some familiarity and comfortability with cannabis.
Responsibilities Receive Sales orders and prepare materials for shipment Management & fulfillment of orders in Seed-to-sale system Organize dispatch for transportation of materials Lead technician team in executing order fulfillment Oversee the stocking and flow of all inputs and products in the Grower-Processor facility Manage inventory control of cannabis and non-cannabis related items Optimize the storage/stocking and vault layout Manage returned goods/products Responsible for on-site cannabis material destruction of returns Conduct frequent cycle counts In charge of organization and housekeeping of warehouses as well as other tasks as needed or directed by Inventory Manager Support the material procurement, transportation, security, and maintenance functions at the facility Support the Cultivation and Processing functions through material replenishment Work with a continuous process improvement mentality Maintain compliance with all Company policies, standards, values, and procedures This position reports directly to the Inventory Manager, Pennsylvania Qualifications Education: High School or equivalent Work Experience: 1 year of inventory management or stocking experience Considerable exposure to retail cultures focused on well-developed standard operating procedures and management and employee training programs Experience in and/or understanding inventory management and reconciliation Work history that demonstrates stability, progressive responsibility, and willingness to accept new duties Capabilities and Skills: Diligence to follow detailed processes and update systems daily/as needed Solid communication and interpersonal skills A strong work ethic and integrity Extreme organization, attention to detail; warehouse and inventory management/systems experience Proficiency in computer usage including inventory management and ERP, all MS Office applications, email, scheduling software, online conferencing, and more Experience with MJ Freeway, state cannabis electronic tracking systems, and other cannabis-related software is a plus Willingness to be hands-on Ability to execute and work well in a team setting but also a self-starter Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively within a diverse, multicultural, multigenerational environment Other Requirements: Extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching is possible Must pass stringent state background test requirements Compensation: This position is classified as Non-Exempt and is eligible for overtime pay.
