OUR GRADUATE PROGRAMOur Velradian Graduate Program is a 12-month program designed to provide you with a solid foundation in consulting, enhance your skills, and offer hands-on experience with client projects.
FOR THE FIRST 4 WEEKS YOU WILL: Experience an onboarding that is all about you, setting you up for success Meet your program mentor, and the different people you will be working with Learn all about Velrada and the different teams Get hands on training in the foundations of consultancy and the Microsoft technologies that Velrada works with FOR THE NEXT 10 MONTHS YOU WILL: Immerse yourself in each 3-month rotation with a different team and a rotation-specific mentor where you might find yourself in any combination of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations & Customer Engagement), Data and Analytics, Azure Cloud Services, Modern Apps & Power Platform, Modern Workplace, Product and Advisory Not only are you learning from the best, but also putting theory into practice early on Get exposure to different practices and meet clients from a wide variety of industries At the end of each rotation, you will have a week off before the next one where you will present what you've learnt to a small group, showcasing your growth and honing in on your presentation and public speaking skills FOR THE FINAL WEEKS YOU WILL: Gain insight into where you want to focus your career and progression within functional, business or technical consulting at Velrada Help us decide which practice you are keen to join permanently, in collaboration with our leadership team Start working directly on client projects and receive regular coaching and development throughout ABOUT USVelrada is an Australian leading technology consulting firm and now part of the renowned global company, NRI.
