Job Title: Inbound Travel ConsultantLocation: Sydney CBD Hours: Monday to Friday Salary: $70k - $90k + Super (based on experience)About the Role:We are currently seeking a highly experienced, passionate Inbound Travel Consultant to join a reputable and dynamic team.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to design and deliver bespoke travel experiences for international clients visiting AustraliaKey Responsibilities:Curate and quote a range of tailor-made group itineraries whilst maintaining excellent product knowledge of our partners pre-arranged luxury tours.Provide expert advice on local attractions, activities, and destinations to enhance client experiences.Proactively manage and resolve any travel disruptions or on-the-ground issues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.Deliver top-tier customer service and support throughout the travel process.Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless servicePreparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintaining financial documentsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in inbound travel, with a focus on FIT or group travel.Knowledge of Tourplan is preferrable.Extensive Luxury product knowledgeExceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and customer service skills.
