People and Culture Business Partner | Located at our newly built Oak Flats office

At Warrigal, we're passionate about making a real difference in the lives of older people. Our values – Integrity, Respect, Innovation, and Compassion – are at the heart of everything we do.

Our vision is simple: to create a world where older people feel known, loved, and connected. We're here to support them in living their best lives, on their terms, with dignity and a true sense of belonging.

We believe ageing is something to be celebrated. It's about creating moments of joy, building meaningful connections, and ensuring every person feels valued. And that's exactly what our team is dedicated to – making a positive impact every single day.

Working closely with the Manager People & Culture Partnerships, the Employee Relations Manager, and the broader People & Culture team, you'll drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, support workforce planning, and contribute to a positive and high-performing culture. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll identify opportunities to enhance HR systems and processes, while supporting organisational-wide people initiatives.

Based onsite at Warrigal Central Oak Flats, with travel across the Southern Highlands, ACT, and Queanbeyan, this role offers variety, collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven organisation.
