Testing Manager – Kemps Creek As the Testing Manager in our Retail & Consumer business unit, you will play a pivotal role in leading the manual and then automation testing related matters, spanning a 12 -15-month period as part of Toll groups new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility.
This role will be based out of the Kemps Creek warehouse operations which is the largest Toll facility in Australia – a 68,000sqm powerhouse of automation, sustainability, and opportunity.
Please note this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
As the Testing Manager, you will: Manage the entire testing procedure and be the collation of all workstreams (Toll IT / Dematic / Operations) inputs to be the voice of single source of truth of how testing is progressing.
Defines a realistic and achievable testing project plan, with clearly defined activities, milestones, interdependencies and responsible parties.
Anticipates and mitigates project risks and issues that may result in cost/time overruns or compromise the quality of the solution.
Administer everyday workflow of all testing processes and provide technical support to all parties.
Manage team (Client/ MHS Vendor / Builder) to resolve all testing issues within required timeframe.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven ability to define and manage complex testing project plans.
Experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, operations, vendors).
Deep understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
Ability to develop and lead system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience with testing hardware and software integration (e.g., WMS, Toll systems, automation equipment).
Ability to lead change management initiatives to support business go-live.
