Lead Consultant Metallurgist

With a wide service offering range, including sustaining capital, growth projects, process debottlenecking and plant augmentation, asset management, shutdown management and process and business advisory, we pride ourselves on providing technical solutions that are tailored to our client needs.The opportunityWe are seeking a Lead Consultant Metallurgist to join our Minerals and Metals team, to lead our extractive metallurgy service offering, supported by our team of junior to intermediate process engineers.
This role will lead our technical metallurgical offering within this segment and will also work in partnership with our client relationship managers as part of our sales zipper to demonstrate market capability and secure new projects.This role can be located in either our Melbourne or Brisbane offices.About youWith a process/metallurgical background, you will have prior experience in process debottlenecking, plant modifications, flowsheet development, and the ability to lead front end process development of studies into implementation.
You will have a proven track record of influencing, navigating, and achieving outcomes within complex organisations.
The selected candidate must have prior experience working in a consulting capacity, and leading a leveraged service offering using junior engineers and designers.
