What You Will Do We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Prestons dealership.
You'll be the crucial link between our workshop and customers, ensuring smooth scheduling, clear communication, and high-quality service delivery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Managing and scheduling repair bookings for customers Handling service related queries from customers Creating job cards and assisting with customer invoicing and purchase orders Updating customers and rebooking appointments for follow up or repairs Ensuring Technicians have completed repair order information by checking stories, parts, kilometres etc.
