From $70k base, dependent on experienceTRUCK TECH is growing, and we're looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to join our Fleet Services team in Chipping Norton.
This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong coordination skills, and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role: Manage and maintain service bookings across a variety of clients and fleet sizes Coordinate repairs, prioritizing urgent issues and minimizing vehicle downtime Create and finalize job cards, quotes, and invoices Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless workflow Maintain compliance documentation aligned with NHVR and company requirements Support a positive safety culture by attending toolbox meetings and WHS sessions Report on outstanding work and rebooking schedules to keep the team on track What We're Looking For: Strong background in administration – planning or scheduling experience is a bonus Previous experience in a service department, transport, or heavy vehicle industry Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication Confident with Microsoft Office – CRM system experience desirable Ability to build and manage job cards with accurate materials and parts NHVR maintenance scheduling knowledge is highly desirable Why Join TRUCK TECH?Enjoy a base salary from $70k, dependent on experiencePermanent, full-time position | Monday to Friday based in our Chipping Norton branchCollaborative, safety-focused, and friendly team Certified Great Place to Work We promote from within – embrace the adventure and grow your career Supportive team culture where your ideas are welcomed and valued No two days the same – variety, challenge, and meaningful work Salary match, number of applicants, skills match Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics 101-1,000 employees TRUCK TECH is Australia's leading independent provider of heavy vehicle fleet maintenance, repairs, and fleet maintenance compliance support, servicing over 7,000 trucks, trailers, and buses annually.
