Supervisor - Tfn

The opportunity Energy & Utilities have an opportunity available for an experienced Supervisor to join the Telecommunications & Metering team supporting the Telstra Fixed Networks (TFN) contract.
Reporting into the Superintendent you will be based in our Underdale office however this is a field-based role and requires travel to multiple site locations, therefore a Tool of Trade Vehicle will be provided.
What you'll do Own the operational and administrative supervision of our contractors, site works and public interface.
Ensure compliance to the contract in line with the Downer Standard.
Lead, support and implement Downers Zero Harm strategy and processes across the entire contract.

What we're looking for We are seeking an individual with a can-do approach and willingness to learn.
The successful candidate will preferably have experience in a similar supervision role within the telecommunications or utilities industry.
Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure work environment with constantly changing and competing priorities within tight deadlines.
In depth knowledge of Telstra SORs preferred.
A sound understanding of productivity requirements for network construction.
Strong knowledge of client network (Telstra & NBN) is advantageous.
Knowledge of client WIS and Construction Methodology.
